  3. If you are healthy, you are free. Being healthy allows you to be independent. Moreover, there is an excellent role of health in maintaining social status, which is essential. But if you are not healthy, you are like a burden or extra thing for your family and society. So, it is essential to keep yourself healthy.

There are some jobs like army, navy, pilot and more where health is one of the most important things. If you are qualified in the exams but not healthy, you will never join these jobs. Moreover, you will face problems in every stage of your life without a sound health. But don’t be frustrated then. You can follow the health rules and make yourself healthy within a few days.
  5. The final thing is that you can lead a problem-free simple life without worrying if you are healthy. You can go back to your childhood and do all the things that you want. You can play a vital role for your family and do some great things for society too. So, everyone needs to keep themselves in good health always.
