  5.  Pay close attention to the clothing you are wearing. Consider the weather and season while purchasing clothing. You must be able to dress in the same manner as the rest of the population. Additionally, it will be easier to keep yourself healthy and clean if you have a solid sense of style.

 

Things are adequate, in my opinion, to maintain your health and allow you to do all of your daily duties to the best of your skills. So, these are enough things that people need to know. These make life easier and healthier.
